AL
- 35 SILICONE EMULSION has been formulated as a release
agent/lubricant in a wide variety of cases, the following
are examples of many uses for this well-established product.

Mould
release agent

Release
agent for rubber stoopers, gaskets on screw tops and
bungs.

agent for tubes used in forming polyethylene and other
plastic bags.

Release
agent for extruded rubber parts and conveyor belts.

Textile
lubricant, reducing number of "runs" in
hosiery manufacture.

Textile
yarn and thread lubricant, reducing needle wear and
temperature, hence breakage of yarn/thread.

Lubricant
for glass fabric used in exhaust filters.

| HOW
TO USE : |

AL
-35 Emulsion should be diluted with water prior to use.
Recommended dilution is 1 part of Emulsion to 50 parts of
cold water. Users should evaluate on a test sample before
using in production.

| HANDLING
PRECAUTIONS : |

Direct contact
with eyes may cause temporary discomfort which can be
relived by flushing them with water.
Safety
glasses should be worn when handling the emulsion.
